Although not always possible to enforce, I try not to allow anyone to enter MY HOME without removing their footwear. I live in Manhattan and there are far too many inconsiderate dog owners lacking in moral and community conscience. These people believe it is their dog's right to foul the pavements and that they do not have a duty to pick-up any droppings. I have a shoe rack by the front door, this seems to act as a good indicator to visitors so rarely have to resort to actually asking someone to remove their footwear. Regards,

Hello everybody, I have been reading the posts on this thread and note that no one has suggested increasing the level of exercise that you can do. Whenever I have a big eating / drinking event coming up I do an EXTRA 45 - 60 mins (per day) of cardio during the week proceeding the event. Given my weight and the length of time I am exercising I can accumulate a 4000 calorie deficeit, which I can then use for drinks and food during the event. Hope this helps Regards
