yep, sounds like me...

I am anywhere between 1200 and 1500 cals a day, ive done as many as 2000 a couple times...

That's exactly how I am... If I don't track, I could easily probably reach 1800 calories/day. I have to watch every bite that goes in to my mouth. me too.....

LOL..for some reason, I always thought it meant dumb husband!!

I have been doing badly since thanksgiving too...I was just thinking about it and when i look back on my fitness pal it proves it....It was just like I feel off the wagon and cant get back on...one party after another..one dinner after another...I hate holidays, and now I feel like I cant get back on track!!...

I Am overweight today!! YAY!!!!!!! my BMI hit 29.95 today so i am no longer obese!! whoopie!!....

Im getting mine out tomorrow morning at 7:30...have to be there by 5:30...im scared after reading these posts!!...lol...did anyone stay overnight or did everyone go home the same day?

I really appreciate the kind words, they mean a lot...especially from a fellow "clot sister" No prob...LOL...it is hard in the beginning, I get it....you will be ok in a couple weeks, I promise!...xxxxx

totally normal, if I had a nickle for everytime I heard this story, including myself, I would be rich LOL....don't fret, in about 4-6 weeks if not sooner, you will be over the moon....hormones, anesthesia, etc, will reek havoc on your emotions, it gets better every day... I was also on coumadin and lovonox, had a blood clot in my right leg and left lung and now have a greenfield filter...the wt loss also helps with this, so another bonus of WL, surgery....hang in there, and vent whenever you feel the need!!
