  1. I had my surgery on January 20th and was back at work the next day. Sure there was some pain but I took some a Darvocet and was able to do my job. I do mostly sitting at my desk, and when I needed any help with lifting something my co workers helped me out. My husband had his on January 27th and he was also back to work the next day. It all depends on the person.
  2. I absolutely love bread! It's the one food I find impossible to give up. I recently got my band, January 20th, and have found that I CAN still enjoy it from time to time if it's chewed really well. I've tried white bread, wheat bread, toasted bread and english muffins. I'll be rewarding myself with a slice of pizza when I've lost 25 lbs. I love bread! ~K
