I'm getting banded on the 18th too! I'm starting my liquid diet today, it's two days earlier but I didn't want to start it in the middle of the week.

Well, i'm on solids now. I haven't had the surgery yet. I start my full liquid diet on the 11th and I have my surgery on the 18th. I have to start on mashed/pureed food a week after I think and then solids following my first fill a month later.

well, my post op diet is 3 days of clear liquids and then I go back to full liquids on day 4. I have a secret weapon for my pre-op liquid diet.

yes, very, excited. I went to my pre-op class yesterday the information is getting pretty old but I guess that's a good thing. I'm going to start my liquid diet on Monday a full 3 days sooner than I should, but I guess i'm just that ambitious lol.

wow i'm glad your doing so well, did you have to stay at the hospital overnight or were you released a few hours after the operation. I'm excited about my surgery and I'm glad all the reviews I've read of Dr. Cohen have been so positive.

hows the weight loss going buddy? I'm in school right now so I won't be able to have my surgery till November. It's going to be a rough Turkey day lol.

Hey andy, I just saw your before and afters and want to give my compliments. Keep up the good work, you seem to have lost a lot in such a short amount of time. I won't be having my surgery till early October but you have inspired me. Maybe give me a bit of coaching along the way haha.

I'm infact American haha, the track system in my uni is what specialty you prefer may it be environmental geology, hydrogeology, sedimentology etc. I want to be a seismologist some day. so geophysics for me.

So how did surgery go for you, being banded in Qatar and all that must have been some adventure.
