How are you??? I haven't been on here in a while. I'm doing good going today to get a fill. I've lost 40 pounds total but thats including my pre-op diet. How are you and your family? Have you talked to melissa lately?

That's how I want to be. Wow 2 yrs that is good, you look great. See the RN at my Drs office told me not to count calories or anything just follow the lapband rules and I'll be fine. But I haven't lost alot of weight since the surgery hopefully when I get a fill.

I'll be honest. I am 2 years post-op and for the most part I don't do any special diet. I eat and drink whatever I want, it's is just limited by my restriction. I don't gain weight. I've just been maintaining. I'm comfortable at the weight I am. If I go down just 10lbs, people mention that my face looks to skinny and I don't want to look sick. I am very happy at this weight and finally comfortable in my own skin, "even though I could do without some of the excess" hahaha.....
