I had surgery at a surgery center off Harry Hines by Dr. Joseph Cribbins out of Presby Plano. Thank you so very much for the nice comments.

I'll be honest. I am 2 years post-op and for the most part I don't do any special diet. I eat and drink whatever I want, it's is just limited by my restriction. I don't gain weight. I've just been maintaining. I'm comfortable at the weight I am. If I go down just 10lbs, people mention that my face looks to skinny and I don't want to look sick. I am very happy at this weight and finally comfortable in my own skin, "even though I could do without some of the excess" hahaha.....

You have done a fantastic job. Keep up the good work for yourself as well as being the inspiration to others.

O.k. so how are you doing with your protein shakes? A fill is most likely what you need but if your not getting enough protein your not gonna loss the weight and I really want to see this work for you. Oh and by the way...there's a site called obesityhelp.com that is hosting a weight loss convention here in Dallas Sept. 25-26. Tickets are 50 but I can get them for 20. I know it's last minute but I would love to see you there.
