  1. I am looking for a lap band mentor. I am struggling here and getting very frustrated. Nicole
  2. I had surgery on 1/27/09. In the first 2.5 weeks, I lost 14lbs. Now nothing. I know I am losing inches because my clothes are looser. People tell me they can see it in my face. But what the  I want to see it on the scale. I know I did the right thing having the surgery but I want to see something happen here. Yes, I am following the diet. Yes, I am exercising. I got to the Y 6 days a week. 3 of those days I take a deep Water workout class and the other 3 days I do treadmill and some strength training. Just getting frustrated and could use some encouragement. Nicole
