  1. I have had those up and down days too. Sometimes I am almost afraid to eat for fear it will get stuck. I am having trouble finding the right balance. I seem to have an easier time at night than in the mornimg. I struggle to eat breakfast, usually don't eat lunch and sometimes no dinner or very little. I have lost 25 lbs. since Sept but I think I am in starvation mode.
  2. Hi everyone! I am new to the site, I had my lapband done in September and am doing pretty well except for being sooo tired. I don't think I am eating right and need help or suggestions to increase the protein in my diet. I also have trouble just getting myself to eat. I went 2 days without eating because I wasn't hungry. I know this is so wrong but not being hungry is a first for me. Talk to me!
