  1. I was told to make sure to eat foods that have protein first. You will notice a difference when you get your fill.
  2. I have been trying to eat one serving per day of probiotic yogurt and that seems to help
  3. Hi Berryhappy, I used to drink a lot of diet pepsi every day and really have not missed it at all!!! I was banded Nov 6/08 and down 28 lbs. Just so glad to be losing weight!!!
  4. I find the shakes taste a bit metallic so I have been putting a 1/2 cup of berries in and find I don't mind the taste .
  5. Hi, I was banded early nov and was exhausted for 3 or 4 weeks. Feeling great now and so glad I had the surgery.Just rest when you need to and before you know it you will be feeling great!
