Hi all Was banded on oct 17th 2008 - surgery was by dr Randall out of leonard morse hosp in Natick MA - have lost 20lbs since april havent weighed myself since nov/08 poss gained but not sure - my close havent gotten tighter so I most like havent gain but havent lost either - would like some interesteing meals or snack i could eat, cause i could very easily small snack all day long - i drink the water as much as poss - an am doin lil to no exercise but have taken up yogi 1st class should have started today but was cancelled due to weather - i try in the mean time to walk as much by parking far away from the door where ever i go - im also a member of curves in bellingham ma but need someone to get me there mentally by going with me - looking for a curves buddy:thumbup::regular_smile:
