I myself was banded on Dec 19 th, 2008. I lost 22 pounds on the pre op diet. As of right now on Feb 5 2009 I am lost 29 pounds. Have a Dr appointment on Monday. I am glad that you are doing great. I hope you the best of luck with your Journey also.
