  1. :thumbdown: I've been trying to read up on everything I can. I'm a little nervous about all this but I know that the lap band procedure can be reversed if necessary...hopefully, it won't be. Even though I'm nervous, I'm also very excited at the prospect of losing weight. I think it will improve my over-all health 100%. Not just my physical health but my mental health too. Have a great day!
  2. Hi everyone...I'm new to this so bear with me. I am in the paperwork process of getting the lap band procedure. I hope to get it done soon. I'm really excited about it. I'm anxious to hear from everyone as to how they are doing with the lap band and also about any complications.
