I had my surgery in August 2008. In all, I have lost 27 lbs. I feel like I could and should have lost more.:mad2: I can not eat much at any one time and over the last few days, I have had at least one episode of vomiting each day. I tried to eat tuna casserole today and could not keep it down. So far, the best meal that I have found is ground meat w beans. I have gas anyway so sometimes this makes it worse. :frown: My nurse practitioner advise me to only eat 3 meals a day, but I get hungry about every 2 hrs. Does any one out there eat several small meals a day and does it work?
