  1. I had my lapband surgery 12/21/2010 - I am only down 49.5 pounds. My last fill was 4.5cc's and I am finally being able to fill the difference with eating smaller portions. I go to Zumba twice a week and walk everyday - eat light meals twice a day and drink no sugared drinks. I am a little dissappointed. I have dropped down from a size 22 to a 16.....am I losing like I am supposed to? Lately, the last week I seem to have a lot of indigestion - just wonder if I am overeating or if there may be something else like a hiatal hernia or reflux......never had that before mg
