  1. Hi....I'm in Parkersburg WV and according to everything I've read,I qualify for Lap Band surgery...Problem is 2 years ago I was hit by a limo,and have been on disablitity ever since. So that of course means I have WV Medicaid...Now I desperately need this surgery...I have Asthma,herniated discs,swelling of the legs,and losing weight would improve my quality of life 10 fold. I'm hearing that Dr.Kaplan refuses medicaid though...and I hear so many good things about him,I'm hoping this isn't true? I figure you guys would know,seeing as you had the surgery with him.
