  1. Hi All, I had my banding last month. I am based in Nottingham England and have lost 19 pounds (13 pounds on the pre op diet and 6 pounds in the first three weeks post op). With xmas I have been a bit naughty but am feeling really guilty now - I did not realise that in the UK the band is not filled properly until 10 weeks post op - thats mid February and I am getting dispondent that I am not going to lose any more till the band fill. My appitite has increased since the band and I cannot feel that the band is there now its healed! Does anyone have any advice or sugestions what I can do to keep myself losing weight till February - I dont want to fail! :tongue2:
