  1. Hi everyone, I just discovered this site at my last LAP-band support group, I received my band 4/5/06 and my first fill is 5/18/06. This is a whole new experience for me, I have fought my weight my whole life and finally decided to jump in with both feet. I am finding that this time while waiting for the first fill that my old eating habits are creaping back to the surface. I had to loose 20lbs before my surgery, so I have been in weight loss mode for quite some time now. For about the last 2 weeks or so, I have been going up and down with 3lbs, and in the past I would have gotten frusterated and just go back to my old binging ways, but I have lost a total of 40 pounds since Jan. and I really am trying to hold out for that first fill, but my appetite is back and I can eat almost anything now. If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.. Amy:faint:
