CONGRATS GIRL. i thought you just gave up on it!

i would recommend waiting 4hrs after a meal to go to bed..bc/ with me jus waiting 2....i wake up in pain as if there is still heaviness in pouch b/c of food....i just feel very uncomfortable...but i knonw thats why the pouched began to get out of shape...

im at 6.8 right now my band is just 10ccs but anything more than 7.1 but less than 7.7 is my sweet spot!

yes i was at my sweet spot but i had an unfill due to being too tight so im about .3 to .4 ccs away from my sweet spot again..but you are probably loosing my fat than me since your exercising soo much i got lots of jiggle!

everything actually went well surprisingly..the only thing that was painful was the port area and i was in pain with that for about a month..it was very tender for me, but the overall surgery was fine...i didnt think the anesthesia would be strong enough to knock me out but it did as that was my first experience with that as well...lol you will be fine just pray, but other than that no big worries girl!

aww thank you for the pic comments!!! in the beginning i was very discourgaged but now its starting to work...people told me to give it about 4 months...and now im almost 7 months out and about 57ish down....squeezin in size 14 jeans now...

yes...im becoming happier as the months go by and the lbs come off...i have only lost like 57ish lbs...still got 45 more to go...too much fat! lol as far as working out i just began to do it on a daily basis for like the past 2wks...but i am a pretty active person without exercise...but my body fat needs me to move more...the weight didnt really drop off until like the 4th month....

its not the insurance that makes the decision on lap band its the company's decision if they want that to be an insured procedure......citi cover's it regardless of which insurance carrier of their's you chose...i just cannot give u the depth details of the financial responsibility b/c those things have changed for the 2010 year.

u will rcv a package in the mail like 10 days after u start, citi covers the surgery i just dont know how much of it anymore, or if they have gotten more strict on the requirements etc...u need to contact the precert dept once u get your id# generated with aetna or blue cross blue sheild whoever u choose to go with..

citi doesn't offer united in texas....the citi's in other states my offer united, but i doubt the texas citi comps do..aetna and blue cross blue sheild require 6 month....citi here in north texas only offer aetna or blue cross blue shield

15th and the last day of the month!!! so if u not used to those pay frequency you better prepare yourself...cuz the money could get tight in the beginning until you arrange everything to accomdate those pay periods....all banks' payroll frequency is like that, CHASE, BOA, CITI, WELLS..all the major banks..

the insurace increased for 2010 so instead of offer 100 deductible plan it has increased to 500.00 im not sure how much they have changed as far as accepting wls...you should be ok on that part!! but your financial responsibility i cannot give u figures since they changed for 2010. I already know im gonna have to get more sugery on the excess skin once i loose all the weight...
