How are you doing on the weight loss, I'm down 40lbs so far

stopping by to say Hello!!! hope all is going well..so far I'm down 20lbs I think I'm in some type of denial, my friends and family can see the weight loss but all I see is the same me..strange..the scale moves but my brain seems to be frozen in its own state..o'well how about you..

Just stopping by to say hello and see how your doing...I'm doing good down 20lbs trying to add more exercise into my all ready extended day lol...

I got my first fill today 4 1/2cc, felt alittle strange but went well. On liquids for 24hrs then the puree, hey it could be worst. So how are you doing

I am 3 days post-op and having the most amazing lunch!!! here it is..strained a la cream of chicken soup, served with a chocolate martini ( vanilla protein shake, with carnation chocolate, blended oh so well with ice inside my magic bullet until smooth) served with the most crisp, clear, purified city gin (water). You have to have humor to get over these $25.00 a plate meals... please send me some more recipes

Tommorrow is my surgery...don't know what to feel..a little nervous..I know that this is a start to a healthier life, but it makes me a little scare, not knowing what to expect..
