wow first i like to thank you all for your suport. thank you, yesterday i hade a endoscopy. It was not normal the lap band is . they did fid it in place alot of gas or gastritis just waiting on the biopsys then i will have more news. nerve pain sounds logical but i do not have time to lay down. It also can last up to 3 days then nothing and all is well. Today is a good day. i hope my doctor will not remove it and refill it. It does work as is good. i just need to stop the bend over gut wrenching life disturbing pain that fills like i am being stabbed. I will keep you posted valerie:confused:

i had my lapband 10 months ago and i started having severe pain 2 weeks ago. Then it stoped and tonight is it back with green stool. it is in the pancreas area direct left side and sometime it spread to the kidney. I also have a odd taste in my mouth i cannot get rid of. I had all the standard test done and they came back okay. Can anyone help me this is effecting my life now.:laugh:

yes i had lapband in feb. and i always had mild pain but now it gets pretty severe at times, i was in the hopsital and yes they did all the test you mentioned and everything was normal. I woke last night in severe pain once again and had a green stool. I called the doctor on call and he said to have a emergency room check you out. I have no answers but i started getting this pain severly about 2 weeks ago and it is hard . I do not wnat to keep going back to the ER and i am not due to see my surgeon till jan 7th. but the pain is in panceas (sp) area
