  2. I have lost count now but I think I have had about 8 fills and 2 or 3 unfills. I am up to 7.6 cc in my 10 cc band. I am done with fills for a while now. I believe I have hit my sweet spot because if I get another fill I wont be able to swallow anything.

  6. hey! i am so sorry you are discouraged....but at least you have not gained. have you tried getting a fill? that might help? i know the feeling though...you just have to find something that will motivate you to get back on it.

  7. Girl you look fabulous! I was searching for some motivation today and I found it!! Your profile just slapped my hand for eating that pnut butter cookie i just ate :-). But all jokes aside please share your story. I also got my band Dec. 08. You have done a great job! I am trying to get to where you are!

  8. Hey there! thanks a bunch! I'm getting a little lazy...I have not been going to the gym as much. I do have a good fill that I considered unfilling at my appointment on yesterday but since i have only about 20 more lbs to goal i decided to keep it. Hopefully i will hit my goal in the next 3 months! You are doing great too! 50 lbs is great! keep up the good work! :-)

  9. TrueDiva what is cioppinno? I always see that on your posts and wondered what it is.... I am still trying to get back on track with my posting but since my eating is so crazy I always forget. I am still struggling with whether or not to get an unfill when I go to my appointment tomorrow. Somedays I can eat a bear! other days I can't eat a thing! Most meats and breads I cannot eat but pasta, rice, and all junk food goes down just fine. Saturday: I went to Macaroni Grill with my cousin. Had two bites of my pasta and started feeling like it would come back up so I boxed it. I nibbled on a very tiny piece of bread. Later that night went to a sports bar and had a frozen drink and 1 cheese stick - almost PD'd the cheese stick but I managed to hold it down. Sunday: I was having a hard day yesterday but here is what I managed to get down: B: nothing L: Nibbled on 1 cup of Penne Rustica from Macaroni grill (penne pasta with grilled chicken in a creamy parmeasean sauce). It took me 2.5 hours to eat it but it stayed down. D: 1 fried chicken drummette, 5 green beans, two small fork fulls of cheesy rice.... PB S: mini cup of Ben and Jerry's cookie dough ice cream - stayed down! S2: couple of hershey bar squares -- PB! (couldnt believe that!) I'm still losing slowly but tired of the unpredictability of my eating so I'm confused....help!?:biggrin:

    very pretty! you look great! I hope I can keep mine off as well as you did. So was the process any different then as it is now? What did you do and how long did it take you to get it off? May I ask your before and after weight and sizes?

  18. Shame on you! lol! Just kidding! We were being bad at the same time then because yesterday I couldn't get anything down either...not even a piece of watermelon! But that Hershey bar I had went right down! That is so crazy how you can eat junk but not real food. I think I will get an unfill next week so that I can at least get some real nutrition in my system. I would probably be losing more weight if not for all this sugar I am eating. I only went to the gym twice last week too...terrible...being lazy. I must get back to it because I am almost there! WE CAN DO IT!!!

  19. yesterday: B: honey nut cherrios and skim milk L: 1/2 cup brocc and cheese soup, 3 strips turkey bacon D: 1/4 cup tuna salad with ritz crackers, cheddar cheese and green olives: (PB - eating too fast and got stuck) D2: 2 cupcakes (this is bad!)

  21. I am having the same problem as you with things coming back up. But my band is funny....today I've had no problem eating at all! Started off this morning with some cherios, then had soup and turkey bacon for lunch...yesterday I could hardly eat a thing. So I'm still in the air on if I should get unfilled or not. You are definitely experiencing restriction at its best! lol. Good for you getting on the treddy...I've got to hit the dreaded gym today as well since I skipped yesterday :-(.   23. Good for you! baby steps is all it takes! :-). Lately I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast only because I can't eat in the morning. I really didnt worry about the protein shakes because I hated the taste of all of them (I tried to get it in the natural way with chicken, eggs, etc) but now since I am having problems with hair loss I am trying to get at least one in a day. AND since my band is so tight I can barely eat any type of meat. I recently tried the special k protein drinks and they taste pretty good. I know they are not the best because of all the sugar but its a start. I also try to eat a boiled egg at some point during the day if I can.
