  1. Yes I am staying on plan but I'm not sure what not to eat after my fill. I'm guessing I won't be able to eat too much anyway
  2. I have been eating a lot of applesauce and soft foods. I make a lot of soups; :tounge_smile:I am going for my first fill 1/6/08 and I'm excited
  3. I really don't drink soda mostly juice which is full of sugar. I am a carb queen and I'm ready to cut them after my first fill since food will get stuck and I don't want to vomit

  5. Hi! I am a first timer and I had surgery on December 5,08. I am very excited about getting my first "fill" Jan. 6 and I don't get hungry (so to say) but my stomach growls......
