  1. I am 52 years old and was at my wits end with my weight and all the medical problems. I got my band on Dec 3rd 2008. I am still adjusting to it but am so happy I did it. Had a terrible rash after the surgery but it is finally going away. I cant wait to see what happens. So far from the diet of working back to a regular diet I have lost 12 Pounds. Good luck to all and to you that are still thinking about it I would do it again.:shades_smile:
