    Thanks everyone for the posts about Betencourt Clinic and their experiences there, both good and bad. I believe the clinic is now called Emmanuel. I am considering getting banded there in February. Could anyone who had experiences with Dr. Mario Almanza please send me some feedback. I believe he is the one doing the surgery but I saw in the contract that Andres Betancourt's name was mentioned ("checks payable to Dr Mario Almanza Reyes or Andres Betancourt MD") which leads me to believe that he is still involved. I appreciate any information at all! Thanks Ekandi@yahoo.com
