  1. I am in the same situation. I felt like everything you said is how I feel or what I went through. I would love to chat more privately through im or email if you want to also. Take care Megan
  2. I have the same problem, and my surgeon has suggested surgery again to fix the slippage. It sucks. I am uncomfortable and unable to eat regularly.
  3. i am afraid to think that i may have what you have ! i am starting to have problems myself. i think i am am coughing or puking up bile or stomach acid but am unsure. it is always in the wee hours of the morning. the coughing wakes me up, because there is gastric juices trying to crawl up my esphogus apparently when i go to sleep and all during the night. i see from your profile you are 30 and in philly. i am 29 and live 8 minutes from philly (deptford). small world :scared2:
  4. i have had 2 fills so far and i deffinitely feel it. it may even be a little on the tight side. i had my procedure done 8/27/08 in north jersey
  5. thank you for your encouragement. i feel like the time has gone by so quick. i lfeel like i was only banded yesterday. i weigh myself one to two times a week and keep a chart of my progress. i also have made benchmark goals of 20lb. increments so it doesn't seem like such a massive amount of weight to lose. i just focus on 20lbs. at a time and i reward myself with a massage or some other non food reward. how is the food going down for you ? i felt like i was on mushy food forever
  6. i'm coming close to my 4th month at the end of december and already have lost 55lb. i'm pleased with the progress and truly feel that i would not have had this kind of outcome any other way. i'm interested most in talking with other people who are at the same stage as i am. but i woud love to chat with anyone about lapband. i look forward to being a part of this community
