  1. Congratulations on the 34 lbs, that a massive feat in itself. Did you do liquids the first month? I was just banded a few days ago, I feel like I am starving to death! Any advice?
  2. Hello everyone - I am excited that there is a forum for us "banders". It seems that the "by-passers" get all the attention. Nonetheless, I just received my brand spanking new realize band on 12/1. Amazingly I feel great! My only issue a few days out is the growling underbelly. I am hoping that it goes away with time....please tell me that it goes away with time:smile2:. Im slowly siping Water all day, whilst having 6oz broth for Breakfast lunch and dinner with a suger free 2 oz Jello on the side. Any words of wisdom?
