What a week I'm learning how to use to internet for the first time ever. I lost 20lbs at my first week check up. Now that I'm adding food I have gained 3 of it back. It must have been all water. I have been sticking to the diet but feel like I could eat anything. I have not gotten that feeling of being full. I know this is not going to happen over night. I just hope everything is ok with the band. I guess only time will tell.
