  2. i try eat 3 regular meals not too big but i find that because i cant feel the band i dont know when i feel full i exercise 5 times a week i go to motorise as i have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis

  4. can i ask you why you had a 2nd op my band didnt work for me i didnt know it was there until i had 9ml in which was done in april 2008 unfortunatley it was too tight i was waking up every night choking i had to ring kay and in aug they took the 9ml out and put 5ml back since aug i have gained over a stone
  5. hi steve thanks for your reply im new to this forum so please be patient i had my band fitted in 2006by prof larvin i wanted a by pass my bmi was 45 it is now 47 its not all about what you weigh i weigh 14 stone 7 but i am only 4ft 7
