hi, i just noticed your dr. was dr.cobourn! i just had the surgery with him 2 weeks ago. he's great! i'm still not convinced it was the right deccission yet. i have felt so crappy since. congrat's on your weight lose! and tummy tuck! i have about the same amount of weight to lose, maybe a little more, so i think i will need the tummy tuck too!

Glad your so "over the moon" I really hope I feel that way this time next week! I'm not nervous but sometimes I wonder if I really need to being doing this? So you were in some pain, did the codine help a little? I'm also so hungry,lol. are you feeling any hunger yet? talk care :-)

wow, sounds like your doing great! i have heard that the port area hurts for a while. i actually am not nervious at all, maybe next week the nerves will kick in,lol. i was a bad girl today. i could'nt take the hungar any more and stopped for mcdonalds on the way home :-( i feel so guilty now. but maybe i will be able to get some sleep tonight. glad your doing so great, talk to you soon.

I'm so hungry today, i just finished wolfing down a sandwhich,lol. do you know if your liver was enlarged at time of surgery? how are you feeling today? are you eating anything yet?

I read how you did not get banded first time due to a fatty liver. did you follow a pre-op diet? just curious as I am getting banded on nov.28/08, and I am now on the pre-op diet of optifast and it's killing me,lol! I had to cheat yesterday and eat some salad and an egg today, as I have been suffering from terrible headaches. any advice? congrat's on your weight loss so far.

i had a consult at TLBC and was'nt impressed. the consult was'nt even with the doctor. i did'nt get a good feeling, so i made another consult appt. at surgical weight loss centre in mississauga and they were great. i'm being banded on nov.28/08.

from what you have said i'm glad i did'nt go with TLBC.

how are you doing? any advice on the 2 week pre-op diet? take care.
