I hear you! i am the same way with the exercise right now! I like burn myself out with so much that I dont do it for like 2 weeks them! I've been averaging 2-2.5lbs a week and like you I am pretty happy with that.

Yeah I wish I was a little further along...its my own fault I have not been exercising enough....how are you doing with that???

hey sweetheart how are you doing with getting stuck???? I have gotten better but it is still a struggle. The biggest things are the choose the right foods and eat slowly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey actually they put me on roxicet right after surgery which islike liquid percicet, but it made me nauses. So they just gave me like vicidin in pill form and i had no problem taking it just a couple days after surgery so I think you will be ok to take it right away!

hey larry sorry for the delay I have not logged on in a while! I just had my fourth fill today. I took isopure, it was nasty lol i didnt take it for long! how are things going with you??

hey larry! that is really weird in my opinion that they would tell you to drink carnation, that is full of so much sugar. We didnt eat for the first week, we drank protein supplements and ate things like jello and broth. Then the next week we ate soft things and then each week after was just like a different progression of food. That lasted for about 5 weeks. Oh thanks I am down 24lbs and I feel great, slow and steady wins the race!!!!!! Lady Lap Band

hey larry! I was just banded in june and I am down 23lbs and that is with minimal exercise. What hospital were you thinking about going to???? I used Lahey Clinic, I highly recommend them! Lady Lap Band

you are so right! its been working i love it. I just got my 3rd fill however and whoa I finally feel something and it is just great!

wow you are down so much that is so exciting! I am so guilty of not working out a lot. I really need to make myself a priority in life and get to gettin! lol If I dont step it up I will never loose 31lbs by Nov and I really really want to do that! I know I hate that there is one so high up too! I had no idea, when I woke up with one that high I was so surprised lol to me thats like your sternum. They said the liver lays right on top of where they need to put the band so they put this tool in that incision that holds the liver up so they can work. Gives me the creeps thinking about it lol. Have you been banded yet????
