Hey Gonna!!!....June 5th is day 1 of my low carb diet....it will consist of a low carb protein shake for breakfast and dinner. Lunch will be 4oz of lean meat or fish and some sort of green vegetable and one low carb/calorie snack during the day and plenty of water and/or crystal light....2weeks straight...no deviations. I also bought a new treadmill and have stated a couch to 5K program......Im so excited and happy for you too!!....we can do this!!!...
