Our next support group meeting in Albany will be June 25 at 6:30pm. The speaker will be a trainer from PT gym to help us get started on an exercise program. Also there is a support group that meets in the Forsyth, Juliette are if that is closer for some of you. Call me at the center if you have any questions. Leslie -
It sound like you need fluid removed from your band. Don't let reflux continue, it just gets everything irritated ans swollen. You need to talk to your doctor and let him know what's been going on.

Leslie it's good to have you back, I've missed you!!! Come and see me!!! Congrats to everyone who made it through the holidays!! We are approaching a new year, let's accomplish everything we've been working so hard to get. The next support group meeting will be on Jan.10 at 10am, I would love to see everyone there. Good morning girls! Just wanted to remind everyone about the Support group meeting this month. It will be Thursday, Nov. 13 @7pm. Please everyone try to be there. I am really excited about this meeting. Our speaker is going to talk about Body Image and Behavior Modification. I don't know about you, but I need this!! If you have any questions call the center.
