  1. I also had my surgery done by Dr. Kuri in Tijuana (Dec 2006). I had a great experience, as you said, the hospital was very nice, the staff very attentive and Dr. Kuri was great. The only drawback for me is not being able to readily go back there as I live on the east coast. I have a dr within a 2 hour drive to do my fills so that has worked out ok...just expensive. I am at 62 lbs lost with only 20 left to go. I have been slow to get fills (sometimes waiting many months before going) but I'm still pleased with the results. Good luck to you!:wink_smile:
  2. :smile:I'm new to this site and wanted to say hello to all. I was banded in Dec 2006 by Dr. Kuri (Tiajuna). I am most interested in what people are eating and in how folks are doing after reaching their goal wt. I feel like I will need a tummy tuck or something. Anyway, hi to everyone!
