  2. hi, I am being banded on Nov 7th too. woohoo us. i am doing full liquid too. i have to do it for 3 weeks. I have already lost 11 lbs. you can do it. try freezing some crystal light in little ice cube trays. they have been my saving grace. gives me something to chew on. good luck you can do it
  3. Heather we are here for you. my surgery is nov 7th and i am right in the middle of my liquid diet. I am doing "no sugar added" carnation instant breakfast. you mix it with skim milk. it is not that bad. I also am making little ice cubes out of crystal light. that really helps when i am watching tv. gives me something to chew on... call your surgeon. and hang in there
  4. Hi every one. My name is Tina and I live in RI. I am 316 lbs, 28 years old and sick of being the fat girl!!! I am currently in the middle of my three week liquid diet prep and can't wait till nov 7th, the day my life will change. I don't think I have ever been so excited about having surgery before.
