I know what your feeling about the X's, even now when I go into a store I head for the large sizes, I can't believe I can wear the regular sizes, it shocks me everytime I can get into something without it being tight, Good luck with your surgery, you will do fine and be in those skinny jeans very soon. You go girl!
  2. I had my lapband procedure on 7/23/08, I have lost 30 lbs. so far, I think the band is great, but you have to work at it too, I eat my 5 healthy meals a day, I walk every week day, I started out at half a mile, now I walk 3 miles, 5 days a week and I feel great. If I can do this anyone can, because I was a couch potato, and loved comfort foods, I ate till I was uncomfortable, now I know when I'm hungry and what to eat, and I am satisfied. When I started the program I was a size 20 jeans, now 14's are loose, what a great feeling putting on jeans that are not tight.:eek:
