:cool2:Hi 2-loose-fluff Great Weight loss CONGRATS it gives me hope. What are you doing to get such a great weight loss. I was banded 28/11/08 and I have only lost 21 lbs. What would a normal day of eating look like for you and how much do you have in your band. Also what size is your band? Mine is a 9 cc band and I have 4 and a bit in it.; I can still eat normal if I let myself. kirsty49

:scared2:yes it sounds like you are and it is not easy. Try and stay away from liquid foods but drink lots of water in between meals (make sure it is 1 to 1 1/2 hous after you eat) Try and increasing your protein I use protein drinks. (24 grams of protein) Try and stay away from the bad carbs they make you want to eat and cause cravings. ( bread pastries crackers potatoes etc) The South beach way of eating is a good one till you get filled. For now it is just like dieting The fills will make a diffrence. Hi there Its nice when we have honesty on line. Yes it was very nice to see that some others bumped up a bit when they added food. I was so upset when I did till I read on line that others have. I went up 4 lbs and 3 days later down 3 so only up 1. Keep up the good work we need each other over Christmas for support. :huh2: Kirsty

Hi If your not eating anything should you have a movement? I thinki I will use prune juice if I have a problem it is natural, but you should ask your Doctor. Kirsty

Hi I have mine on Friday I guess I am at the tail end of the month. Friday is probably the last surgery day as Monday is the 1st Of Dec. So much for Xmas Turkey, so I cooked one last weekend and enjoyed it with all the trimings. 4 1/2 days and counting Kirsty
