  1. I've haven't had any fills yet, and I realize I need to make an appointment with my Doctor, because. I haven't seen him since July. The old mentality of "don't go back until you've done good" overtook me, I think! Thanks for the encouragement. I will call and make an appointment today. I'd taken a three week break from exercise, but I'm back at Curves and climbing the mountain!
  2. I was banded last April, and I'm very happy with my results so far, having lost over 40 pounds. I was a self-pay patient. I've had no problems whatsoever, but lately I've found myself surprised at the amount of food I can eat at one time. I think I may have to have the band tightened. I've also found that I can eat small amounts all day long and if I don't watch it, I will gain weight. I've been at a plateau for almost two months, and need some support. I'm hoping I can find some in this forum. Hi from sunny Arizona! :Dancing_biggrin:
