  1. Just think Doriana (as if you haven't already!!! LOL) just a measly THREE more sleeps!!!!
  2. You got THAT right!
  3. :welcome: I saw your post in the Daniel Craig thread and me thinks you might be new to the Canuck Corner....if so....*waves* welcome!! Tell us more about you, as we are a damn nosy bunch!!! I, for one, already like you since you also like Daniel Craig's ammmmmazing eyes!
  4. ummmmmmm ......that would be a big ol' NOOOOOOOOO from my end!!! But I applaud, appreciate and acknowledge your courage to do so!
  5. Yeah...I hear ya Green on the tanless pale skin thing. I am and always have been a shade lover/seeker. I burn in an instant even with 45 spf and must be very cautious. Thank god Mr Yoda has the same problem....we both go to places like Mexico, smear on the lotion and find a tree with shade!!! (But I tell ya.....pale skin like that and red hair go over VERY VERY VERY well with men in Columbia who aren't used to seein' it! Hmmmmm, lets just say, I'm glad I was single when I was there!! LOL) But you are correct, our skin will love us to the end for it and I'm sure that is part of the reason I don't look my age. To be honest with you though, not having a tan has never bothered me.....it just makes me more unique!
  6. Green.....we would have had some wild times together in the past!!! LOL... I have met very few women who love scotch as much as I do. I no longer drink anymore (gave it up about 6 yrs ago)....(it just made me feel to icky and with certain meds I was on, it wasn't wise)...but my #1 drink of choice was always scotch....on the rocks. Mmmm Mmm mmmmm....my fave was O'Ban. *licks lips at the memory*. As for TO having its own climate....ya got that right....it always amazes me (& makes me jealous) that I will leave Barrie where there is like 12 feet of snow and just one hour south in TO, there is nothing but bare pavement.....blows me away. Count yer blessings though is what I say!
  7. Ahhhh so true Cloe...but me thinks YOU were the source of those lil' icons; hence I do believe it is prejudiced in your favour!!!
  8. *chuckles* better an "after-treat" than an "after-thought"!
  9. Thanks....but ummmm.....with chips it might have been a different story!!! LOL I am fully aware of my weaknesses!!
  10. Okay...saw the movie today and was VERY VERY VERY impressed. The action was excellent; especially the opening scene...had me hooked right away. Craig was reallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllly good....but mind you, I can stare at his eyes any day. I swear, he must have come from a line of Siberian Huskies to have those eyes! I was disappointed in the swimsuit shot of him though...the teasers they've shown (ie. on ET etc) showed a LOT more (if ya know what I mean) but the actual scene in the movie was no where like that.....it was so quick and the shot of him walking out of the Water was so fast and from the waist up!!! :cry :cry :cry I hate the double standards.... Anyways, awesome movie!! Two Thumbs up!!
  11. oh, it's not like its the first time Cloe!!!
  12. Mebbe he got around to my mother's neck of the woods, cause I'm a reddy too! LOL (likely my Irish heritage)
  13. Mr Yoda made choclate fudge yesterday (with pieces of fudgie-o cookies inside!!!). I as very good and only had one piece (small one too!)...and took most of it over to a "gal's only" party that I went to last night. There are a few pieces still here in the house though, but I feel confident in my ability to not munch on them! Afterall, I can't deprive Mr Yoda of the odd treat!! (besides me!!) :paranoid
  14. I see Mandi's point and agree....the only difference would be to make less of an already existing recipe...that or be prepared for LOTS of letovers!
  15. My opinion is that it is a no brainer. If you are averaging 2.5 lbs a week, you definitely do NOT need a fill...it working wonderfully for you....so why mess with it? What do you mean by saying "I have restriction but that is it"?? You say it like that is a bad thing. That is what is supposed to happen....you should be able to be at the sweet spot (ie. lose 1-2 lbs per week) and NOT experience sliming, pbs, pain, stuck feeling etc....THAT IS the goal. So personally, I think you'd be nutso to mess with where you're at!!!! I don't mince words sometimes, eh?! LOL
  16. hmmmmm, that is why I specifically mentioned "Canada" in my post....so that the "general public" folks wouldn't wander in by mistake and start saying stuff that I KNOW isn't avail in CANADA...let alone stores like SAVON drugs..... Oh well.....I guess they mean well....but it does get frustrating sometimes....
  17. WOW...what a difference Neenagh!! I can really see it!!! (well, NOT see it!!!). You look gggggreat!!! Ummmmmmm you appear to be missing a cranium though!!!! Other than that, you should be proud!~! Thanks for sharing!
  18. *calling the sheep sexual abuse hotline*
  19. well, she had to raise the $$ for surgery somehow!
  20. well at least u are on ur way again Neenagh! YAY!!!
  21. LOL *picturing someone walking in on Neenagh in the janitors room*
  22. Isopure is difficult to find in Canada and it is no better than the other type of Protein drinks/powders that are out there (and it is more expensive, I believe). I used (& still do) Flinstones chewables.....and they're yummy! There is no such thing as "adult" liquid tylenol (that I could find) but I used children's liquid tylenol and merely asked the pharmacist how much I should take; cause you need to take a whole lot more than is on the directions!! I went through 2-3 bottles of it...it is grapey and REALLY yummy. I also recommend you get some liquid gravol...that really helped me (also cause I was fearful to get nauseous due to fear of vomiting and dislodging my band!!).
  23. Wheezy...I don't mean to make light of the way you feel (because I know exactly what you mean) and so I hope you take this the right way.... but...my question to you is: are you truly really actually PHYSICALLY hungry....like feeling "for real" physical hunger pangs or do you just "think" you are hungry and fighting the mental demon? Because if I'm honest with myself, I have not been PHSYICALLY hungry....thou my mind tries to tell me I am...I know I'm not...it is just my mind wanting to eat. Don't get me wrong, I know the "mental/emotional" hunger can be just as bad as the physical but the band won't help us with that....so maybe the band has helped you with the physical hunger but you just haven't recognized the difference yet? Or I'm full of rubbish and you need another fill!!! LOL
