Hi, I am scheduled for Nov 4th in Denison Tx with Dr Kureshi. I am sooooo excited that the time has finally come that I can actually feel like things are changing for me. Are you doing well with pre-op? I have had a hard time with the liquids because of the sweet taste of the protein shakes. I'm losing weight and I do feel like my liver has shrunk some. I think that is what the pre-op is all about. I wish you the best on tues.:smile2:

I hear you! I want to be less than half the woman I am this time next year. My date is tues Nov 4th @ 8am. I'm soooooo excited. I started the lapband process in Sept and was approved 10/15/08.:smile:

Hi, Chris! congrats on losing 100lbs. I hope that I can lose at least 80-100lbs. I know this is just the beginning but I am so excited to have started.

I am also having surgery on the 4th. I will pray for you that God will give you peace and reassurance. I have some anxiety about the anesthesia. I do not not want this to be another failed attempt at weightloss. I have determined in my heart that I am going to do this with God's help.
