    I was having trouble too. I got some protein powder from the doctor and have been sprinkling that on my oatmeal, cream of wheat, and in soups. You can also put in into water or drinks and it isn't supposed to have a taste. Haven't tried that yet, though. The type of protein I got is called "Beneprotein" and is a whey protein put out by Novertis. Hope this helps!

  2. Optifast Chicken Soup

    I was told that in our area we cannot have access to the Optifast Chicken Soup. I found some on Ebay from Australia and ordered it. My husband is concerned about why I wasn't able to get hold of any in our area. Does anyone know of any reason to doubt the safety of getting this product from Australia?
