  1. Hi all, I have lost 29lbs. It has been 2 weeks since I lost anything, the good news is I have not gained anything. I am however experiencing a strange feeling. When I lay down or relax it feels like a have a rock at the base of my esophogus and sometimes it feels weird when I swallow (like air is trapped). I do not drink carbonated drinks and have tried to slow down my eating. I am a talker and probably take in more air then I should. Has anyone else experienced this feeling, and if so what did you do about it? :w00t:
