  1. I just wanted everyone here to know that this site is truly inspiring. I was banded Oct. 10th by Dr. Felix Spiegel. Fortunately, I had reviewed this site for about a month before my surgery to get a feel for what others had already been through. So far, I have not had any bad experience(except for the gas build-up). I have been walking, sipping liquids and feel like I am aware of what could happen adversely to me because of this site. Keep up the good work, there are others like me, who need to know what they are about to go through.:thumbup:
