  4. Hi all!! I had my DS surgery about 5 years ago and lost 165lbs, praise the Lord! I was right at my goal weight! 🙌 But then three years ago I was in a horrible car accident and broke my back in several places. I had to have back surgery and it’s been a painful road to recovery. Unfortunately, I went from a super active person to a complete inactive person, I gained 60lbs of it back ☹️. I’m trying to reset my DS (without another surgery of course). Any suggestions?? Has anyone been able to reset theirs by going back to basics or following the pre-op diet and then the post op diet? I welcome any suggestions and advice!! 🫶🫶
