  1. Use your home one exclusively for tracking. So many Doctors offices scales are out of calibration.
  2. I am 7 weeks post op, I have an occasional night where I just cant fall asleep, but I do notice difference if I stay up late. 6 hours sleep and I feel fine 5 and a half feel like crap, it is weird.
  3. I chose sleeve because I am single and really do not have any family/friends for support. I also had a family member who had the bypass in the 2000's that lost hos weight but never was healed enough to enjoy it. The smaller chance of dumping and throwing up also was a factor for me.
