  1. Hi Crispaholic, Totally agree with u - vhard to eat the healthy stuff. If I'm in the humour I'll blend the dinners, or make smoothies, but its soooo time consuming. Biscuits go down so easy but meat just sits there- unless blended with some sort of sauce. Having the band isn't easy- but I'm still glad I have it. Also went through a period of not 'listening to my band' and just overeating and getting sick too much....resulted in heart burn at 1st and now I have GERD. Wish people were told these things in their consults. On a happier note I'm nearly 7 stone lighter now with the band from living on Soup, mash and boiled eggs! Don't lose hope :0)
