  1. I have not had the Lapband yet.. But have had surgery. The itching is because its trying to heal. You can call Dr to ask but sometimes a little vaseline will keep the skin a little moist and not dry and itchy. You can snip the stitch a little since its been 3wks its shouldnt hurt it. The dr may advise something other than vaseline.

I havent gotten scheduled yet.. but i keep reading to stick to the fluids and shakes !!!! sip slow.. you can do it !!!! Go GO GO GOGOGOGO !! you can do it ! patience and remember when u feel icky..just stop breath and count to 10...then think of an ugly uncle naked.. and all will be fine. Jules

  5. hello All.. Just found this website while browsing. My partner and I are both doing the LB. I work from home but she works retail. How long is recovery to feel like you are able to work? Im more worried about her than me as I can just go to office and get on pc to work. We are just waiting on the Insurance approval and then scheduling. I saw someones comments about prepping their bowels??? pls explain..sounds um interesting..hehe Thanks Jules
