I have not had the Lapband yet.. But have had surgery. The itching is because its trying to heal. You can call Dr to ask but sometimes a little vaseline will keep the skin a little moist and not dry and itchy. You can snip the stitch a little since its been 3wks its shouldnt hurt it. The dr may advise something other than vaseline.

hello All.. Just found this website while browsing. My partner and I are both doing the LB. I work from home but she works retail. How long is recovery to feel like you are able to work? Im more worried about her than me as I can just go to office and get on pc to work. We are just waiting on the Insurance approval and then scheduling. I saw someones comments about prepping their bowels??? pls explain..sounds um interesting..hehe Thanks Jules
