you were rite. sugar spiked today, had to take insulin. Maybe soon can be off meds.

That is great! Just stick with the plan and all will be fine. You know its hunger if your stomach growls and you feel hunger pangs. It is very common, and best not to compare yourself to others. I was feeling hunger on day three! It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but I did it.

Hi Chelle. Have lost 10 lbs the first week post op. Of course is kinda hard not too lose weight when all you can do is drink your calories. Have missed you on chat. Look forward to talking with you soon
