you have done well with the weight loss usually losing 2-3 lbs a week is a average the band is a tool to work with are u using because other distracting things to do is it head hunger or are u hungry

what is included in your insurance plan also ask the dr to see if it is i pay copays at the office visits i heard others pay different prices
