Best description I've seen for what this feels like. I'm 4 days post-op and still learning what my stomach is asking for. More, less, none? Pain is tolerable, getting out of bed is the hardest part for sure. I'm so tired, as well. Many naps. I also am struggling to get in the required amount of protein and fluids- I'm hoping today is easier because hopefully my stomach is less swollen and painful. -

I've been on my pre-op diet faithfully for 12 days, and according to the scales at home have not lost a single pound. I'm worried this will mess with my surgery! -

Hi everyone! I'm brand new here, and just found the forum. I am scheduled for my VSG on October 19th, so next week. I'm already on my two-week pre-op diet. Excited and scared and also ready to go! I'm 5'2 and weigh 200lbs. I have Type 2 diabetes and High Blood Pressure and I'm ready to change my health for the better.
