  2. Hi everyone. I had my surgery on July 10 and I find some days are better than others. It is taking me a while to build up my eating as I struggle to keep down protein shakes. Interesting enough, I am able to eat Greek yogurt which has been extremely helpful. Getting my water has been somewhat challenging but I keep sipping away. Best of luck to all that had their surgery or waiting to get their surgery.

  7. Hi. I just had my procedure on July 10 and have some good days and some challenging days. As each day goes by I am starting to feel better. There is some discomfort where I was cut but I am healing. I am definitely experimenting with what I can eat. My stomach can tolerate Greek yogurt but tuna fish did not go over so well. Best of luck to all that have had their surgery and upcoming surgeries.
